Cancellations

  1. Order Cancellations

    • We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order.
    • To cancel, please contact us at shopdivinevault@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will confirm your cancellation request and process a full refund.
    • Cancellations are not possible once production has started for made-to-order or pre-order items.
  2. Made-to-Order or Custom Jewelry Cancellations

    • Once work begins on a made-to-order or custom piece, cancellations are no longer possible, as these items are created specifically for you.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at shopdivinevault@gmail.com. We will provide a pre-paid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund once we receive the returned item.


Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once your returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
