Divine Vault Online Return Policy

At Divine Vault, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your jewelry for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process to ensure you are satisfied with your shopping experience.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the date you received your order.
  • Jewelry must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, with all original packaging.
  • Customized, personalized, or engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error in the item.
  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance items) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: To begin the return or exchange process, please contact our customer service team at shopdivinevault@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please note, all returns must be sent back to us with this authorization.

  3. Pack Your Item: Carefully package your jewelry in its original packaging (or similar secure packaging) to prevent damage during shipping. Please include your original order confirmation or receipt.

  4. Ship Back the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange your item, we will send you a replacement once the returned item has been received. You are responsible for any shipping fees related to exchanges.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return or exchange once we receive the item. Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shopdivinevault@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings (for pierced ears)
  • Special order/customized/engraved pieces

Important Notes

  • Returned items must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receipt. Any items returned after this time period will not be accepted.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Divine Vault reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
